APPROACH BIRTH WITH CLARITY AND EXCITEMENT
Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Program
The program is aimed at preparing you with the knowledge, confidence and tools you need to approach birth with clarity and even excitement.
The course incorporates both childbirth education and hypnobirthing techniques to enable you to let go of any fears surrounding childbirth and go into your birth empowered. I feel quality antenatal education is essential to navigating the maternity system and protecting normal physiological birth. The Positive Birth program gives you the knowledge and skills to be able to make informed decisions with you care provider and ride the ups and downs of labour and birth. Labour and birth is unpredictable at times but there is a lot of things you can control and education is key.

❋
APPROACH BIRTH WITH CLARITY AND EXCITEMENT ❋
How would you like to go from concerned, stressed or confused about labour and birth, to feeling informed, comfortable, and yes, even excited?
Here’s how hypnobirthing can help you achieve that
Hypnobirthing is all about preparing your body and mind leading up to birth.
The aim is that by the time birth comes around, you can go into ‘automatic’ mode. We focus in class on creating a positive mindset, whilst learning the power of our mind on our physiological body. We address fears directly to avoid the fight or flight response which can often inhibit the progression of labour. We also learn how to work with the wonderful hormones of labour, including endorphins and oxytocin. If you know how to work with these hormones in labour rather than against them this can be a game changer in reducing discomfort and assisting labour to progress. Techniques that you learn throughout the course will also help you achieve a deep state of relaxation, allowing your body to open without resistance. Your birth partner will also learn ways to help you throughout pregnancy and birth. This is very useful for you and very empowering for your birth partner/support.
My classes are fun, casual and open to anyone.
