I am extremely passionate about educating the birthing person to advocate for their body and baby.
My hope is that by teaching these courses I can deliver current evidence-based childbirth education that has the power to positively impact change. No matter a birthing person’s birth outcome I want them to feel they had the knowledge to make informed choices around their body and baby. I feel honoured and excited to share my knowledge through these wonderful courses with expectant families.

Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Program
Hypnobirthing is all about preparing your body and mind leading up to birth. The aim is that by the time birth comes around, you can go into ‘automatic’ mode. We focus in class on creating a positive mindset, whilst learning the power of our mind on our physiological body.

This course is midwife designed and specifically tailored for new parents to go into the 4th trimester feeling knowledgeable, prepared and supported. Learn all the essentials to taking care of you newborn baby and new family unit.
